SENT TO GROW
Today we are being sent to grow the premier option for families in Bastrop who desire quality private Christian education. The Philipp Family has graciously committed 20 acres of the Toro Plata Ranch, 3 miles south of HWY 71 on FM 304 for Calvary Episcopal School. Their generous commitment of land will allow us the wonderful and rare opportunity to be the premier private school in Bastrop County. Right now, parents drive to Calvary from Bastrop and surrounding areas. Others drive into Austin multiple times a day to provide quality Christian education for their children when we can no longer meet their needs.
Our new location will:
✦ Expand our educational offerings to pre-kindergarten through 8th grade
✦ Provide property for future expansion of additional grades and activity opportunities
✦ Expand access for neighboring communities
✦ Allow us to be Rooted in One place
THE PLAN

The first step in our expansion will include:
✦ Infrastructure: Bringing our full campus onto one property and allowing for all future expansion will require the development of the grounds, parking, sewer, and water. These basics must be in place before future growth can happen.
✦ Multipurpose Space: As part of our commitment to our Christian identity, our multi-purpose space will serve as our initial Chapel, but also allow for large group meeting space, school programs, concerts, and potential community gatherings. It is anticipated that the second phase will include a dedicated Chapel.
✦ High-Quality Classrooms: Our new building will provide instructional spaces for students from Pre-K to Grade 8. Interim solutions such as portables may be required, pending fundraising.
✦ Reception and Admin: A central entrance is critical to the safety of our new campus. While completed in phase 1, this will be a flexible space during the first few years of our growth.
Future Phases of Development may include:
✦ Additional learning neighborhoods
✦ Athletic fields
✦ Additional Parking
